    My job is to work myself out of a job. I can help you learn skills to make changes in your thinking and behavior. I truly believe you are the expert on you, and I have the knowledge to assist you in learning ways to navigate through the ups and downs of life.

    I have worked in community mental health settings, doctor’s offices, hospitals, EAP, and in an eating disorder clinic. My diverse background helps me to use different skill sets to meet your needs.

    About Debbie Heinold

    My name is Debbie Heinold and I am a Mental Health Counselor. Prior to this  career path I was a Registered Nurse. Between my role as a nurse and my experiences in graduate school and counseling opportunities I have 9 years of experience with helping people in a professional capacity. I use my training, skills, and experiences to walk with people through the many ups and downs that life brings helping them to gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to reach their counseling goals. I enjoy working with people from all the many walks and journeys of life. I am fluent in conversational Spanish. My experience has included working with anxiety, depression, career difficulties and changes, major and minor life transitions, spiritual/faith issues, expat and TCK issues and transitions, and more.  


    About Lynn Dotterer

    I recognize that everyone needs a little help sometimes. My passion is to come alongside those who are hurting and journey with them toward healing. My goal as a counselor is to connect with clients and help them pursue their goals for wholeness and wellness.

    In my work with clients, I draw from a range of interventions while valuing the collaborative relationship that is so necessary for healing and growth. My experience has included working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life adjustments, grief, relationship issues, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, and more.

    About Lana Hammel

    I am passionate about helping people see and value the good in themselves. I am a Master of Social Work Student pursuing my degree at Indiana University. I obtained my bachelors in social work from IU and an associate in general education focusing on child development from Ivy Tech. I have experience working with families with various mental health, attachment, and trauma needs. I work from a trauma informed perspective that incorporates mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with grief, anxiety and trauma. I have provided case management services in the greater Lafayette area and have over ten years of experience teaching parenting skills and behavior management and helping people of all ages identify and address barriers to their mental and emotional well-being. Whatever issues you are facing I will provide support along your journey. In addition to a warm, nurturing, and judgement free environment. Every person is unique, and I will meet you where you are.
