About Debbie Heinold

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). I enjoy working with people from all the many walks and journeys of life. Mental health struggles can be as unique as the individual experiencing them and I use a collaborative, strengths based and narrative approach to help my clients to gain understanding, self awareness, tools and skills to reach their goals and improve their mental health. My experience has included working with anxiety, depression, spirituality/faith issues, career difficulties/changes, major and minor life changes/ transitions, expat & TCK issues, and more. Prior to this career path I was a Registered Nurse. Between my role as a nurse, my experiences counseling clients as an intern in graduate school since 2022, and other counseling opportunities I have 9 years of experience in helping people in a professional capacity. Life is not always easy but I truly believe that there is room for hope, even if it feels hard or impossible to see or feel at times.

About Meg Gay

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and I received my degree from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. I was previously a pastoral counselor, chose to continue my education with a clinical counseling degree, and have worked in the field of mental health for over five years. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key for learning life-giving patterns of thinking and relating that replace destructive patterns. To co-construct a plan for healing with the client, I use some Attachment-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment Therapy, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma. For those who are interested, I also offer counseling from a Christ-centered, evidence-based perspective. I can help with grief, trauma, relational problems, anxiety, OCD, infidelity, and those looking to step out of negative thought patterns and behaviors towards living a thriving life.

In my free time, I enjoy just about anything outside, coffee, books, and spending time with the people I love.

Jenn Sanson

I am a graduate student at Indiana Wesleyan University pursuing my dream of becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about relationships within families and couples and have worked voluntarily and vocationally with adolescents for the past 20 years. I desire to help individuals and families improve family functioning. My approach is to help reduce anxiety and emotional reactivity within individuals and their relationships. I utilize age-appropriate interventions to help you better understand emotions, attachment, and relationships with others.  I have worked with children, adolescents, and families and have experience with complex trauma. I look forward to helping you improve your relationships and mental health.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, reading, and walking with my dog, Morty.

We're here for you.

Are you the “rock” for your friends and family? Are you the “glue that holds everything together?” Do you need a space to express and explore your feelings? Do you want someone who will listen to you and ask questions to help you understand your thought processes? I would love to accompany you on your journey and help you to approach yourself from a place of curiosity instead of judgement.
